- 1 inch fresh ginger root
- 2 teaspoon ground turmeric powder
- 1 spoon Honey
- lemon based on your preference
Here is how you go about creating your turmeric tea:
- Boil 2 cup of water and add 2 teaspoon turmeric powder and minced ginger root
- Let it boil for 10 mins
- Strain the tea through a sieve and mix 1 spoon honey
- Mix lemon based on your preference
